~ "The last act..."

You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. (Matt 24:6)

I do not fear the end.  I welcome it!  The saddest thing is to know of God, but not know Him.  The news is filled with rumors of more terroristic attacks.

We've seen earthquakes right here in our country in places that usually are immune.  If you look at the USGS earthquake map and listings for the past 30 days, you will be amazed at how many there were right here at home (and NOT in California).  We've endured hurricanes and raging wildfires.  We've experienced flash flooding that is unbelievable.  What more does God need to do to get the attention of His children??? I had someone ask me to pray for them because they are terrified that tomorrow will bring a disaster of unmatched proportions...get down on your knees and talk to God yourself!!!  It's what He wants - it's all He's ever wanted - for us to come to Him, to serve Him, to honor Him!!!

The process is beginning.  The "birth pains" Matthew speaks about are becoming more evident each day.  Sin is rampant. The divorce rate is at 50%.  There are false prophets everywhere.  People are already being killed because they profess their faith in Jesus.

The time for examining one's faith and beliefs is now.  Waiting until the trumpet sounds will be too late.  God has set the wheels into motion.  He's given us the script by which all these things will occur.  If you don't know your lines, you will not be able to participate in the after party.  "The last act is bloody, however fine the rest of the play. They throw earth over your head and it is finished forever" (Pascal).  The earthly existence we know will end.  It will fade away into dust.  All that will be left is your soul.  Is it prepared to spend eternity in heaven or is it content to burn endlessly in the fiery lake?  The choice is yours...
