And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick. (Matt 14:14)
The word "cancer" strikes fear in the hearts of many - why? Maybe it's because there is no cure, maybe because it can be painful, maybe because it can be fatal. We all support the "find a cure for's". I can't imagine anyone saying "no, I don't think I want them to find a cure for it". Medical science has made great strides in the treatment of cancer. Many lives have been "cancer free" after radiation, or chemotherapy ~ but still there is no cure.
What about the individual who goes for a scan, and amazingly enough, when they are re-scanned, there is nothing there? Was it really there to begin with, was it "just a shadow", or was it a miracle? We all have one story or know someone who does! I tend to go with the latter. Jesus is the Great Physician. He healed many while he walked on this earth; he still heals!
