Trusting in God means giving everything over to him and allowing him to give the blessing. It's not easy, we have a natural desire to "fix" things.
God wants us to give him our burdens. He wants us to trust in him and his almighty power, mercy and grace. We often say we have given them to him, yet in our human weakness, we continue to "bear" them ourselves all while telling ourselves we have given them over.
We serve a mighty God. He knows what is ultimately best for us. He knows all of our strengths and weaknesses. He continues to strengthen us in our time of need. We need to trust that the same strength that sustains us will also carry those burdens.
