Regardless of what happens in our lives, we are told to walk proudly - with our heads held high. Our Heavenly Father lifts us up out of the sin we were born into and becomes the shield that protects us from further harm. Our souls soar with joy and contentment when we are walking the path laid before us by our Creator!
We aren't supposed to "get" it all. We will try to decipher the trials and the message all throughout our lives. Some things are easy, others, not so much. We are to walk by faith; to live our faith! Our confidence lies in his promises! His promises are our reward!
Whether it is work, or home, we are not alone. Our voices are heard whenever we call out in pain, and in joy! Once we are secure in the knowledge that we do not walk alone, our inner conscience can discern right from wrong, good from evil. We will instinctively know what is from God and what is a temptation.
Don't underestimate what you know to be true. Don't hesitate to call on him! It's okay to be cautious and follow your gut when it comes to things that "just don't seem right". Put your faith and your trust in the Lord - he protects, his love is our joy and he reminds us that we are worthy to call on his name!
